How I Built a Smart Intake Form to Save a Coach 10+ Hours per Week

These questions tell us who’s urgent and solution-aware — two signals of a qualified lead.
Step 2: Add conditional logic

If someone says they want to solve the problem “in 6+ months,” don’t show your booking calendar.
Instead, offer a nurture resource — like a guide or case study.
This filters out time-wasters without you ever needing to say “no.”
Step 3: Use AI scoring behind the scenes
We plugged the form into an AI-powered workflow that scores each lead on:
→ Fit (based on industry, business size, etc.)
→ Intent (based on urgency and answers)
→ Behavior (like clicking certain options or requesting a call)
Only leads who meet the right threshold are auto-routed to the calendar.
The rest? Tagged for follow-up or nurture — completely hands-off.
This single tweak cut her unqualified calls by 70%.
More importantly, she’s now only spending time on leads who are serious and ready.
